Not intended for food or fridge storage: the layer lines on any FDM print trap bacteria and can't be properly cleaned, whichever filament you pick. Ideal for hardware, stationery, craft supplies, tools and jewellery.

Measure the drawer, not the box

Take the inside measurement of the drawer or shelf and knock 1–2 mm off each side. Printed parts come out a hair oversized, and a box you have to force in is a box you'll never take out again.

2 mm walls are the sweet spot

At a 0.4 mm nozzle, 2 mm walls print completely solid — strong enough for screws and tools without doubling the print time. Go to 3 mm only if it'll take real weight.
