What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, you'll be given a refund. Just reach out to us and we'll make it right.

How do you calculate pricing?

Your print price is based on estimated weight: PLA ₹6/g, PETG ₹7/g, ABS ₹11/g, TPU ₹11/g, nylon ₹16/g and resin ₹27/g. Minimum print charges are ₹200, or ₹500 for resin. Delivery and payment processing are added to the total shown before payment.

Who prints and delivers my order?

A 3Dash printing partner prints your order and hands it to our courier. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay. Your arrival estimate includes printing, packing and transit. Standard serves courier-serviceable pincodes across India. Quick is Bengaluru-only.
