Which holes

Measure hole centre to hole centre. The board sits centred in the box; the offset moves the hole pattern relative to the board.

Openings

Rectangles for connectors, round holes for LEDs, buttons and cable glands, notches from the top edge for a cable that runs out under the lid. Position is measured from the middle of that side.
