The gap between the two threads. Below 0.3 mm most printers fuse them solid; above 0.6 mm the lid rattles.

Grip ridges on the lid

The lid is exported the right way up for printing — flat top on the bed — so it needs no supports. Print both at 0.2 mm layers or finer; a coarse layer height rounds the thread off and it stops catching.
