Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 3Dash ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

3Dash provides a marketplace connecting users seeking 3D printing services with independent 3D printer operators ("Sellers"). We facilitate the transaction, provide dynamic pricing estimates, and handle logistics integration.

3. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the 3D models you upload do not violate any intellectual property rights, copyrights, or patents.
  • You must not upload models of illegal items, weapons, or any content that violates local laws.

4. Printing and Delivery

While we use an advanced mathematical pricing engine to estimate costs, the final transaction is executed between you and the Seller. Delivery times are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners (e.g., Borzo) and are not guaranteed.

5. Pricing, Fees, and Wallet

Prices are calculated dynamically based on material, volume, and infill settings. The Platform takes a commission on orders. If a Seller accepts an order at a lower rate than the upfront escrow charge, the difference will be credited to your 3Dash Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

6. Seller Guidelines

Sellers acting on our platform operate as independent contractors. Sellers must maintain high quality standards, fulfill orders in a timely manner, and never retain, distribute, or misuse user-uploaded models.

7. Limitation of Liability

3Dash is not liable for structural failures, dimensional inaccuracies, or any damages resulting from the use of printed parts. FDM 3D printing inherently involves tolerances, and parts are not guaranteed for critical or load-bearing applications unless explicitly stated by the Seller.
