Advanced
Module is auto-chosen (≥ 1 mm) so the smallest gear keeps a strong rim over the shaft — shaft Ø is capped to suit. Gears press-fit to steel shafts (bore = shaft Ø +0.1); casing bores clear the shaft (+0.35). Verify all fits on a test print.
Single gear
Advanced
A standalone spur gear. Pitch Ø = module × teeth; outside Ø = module × (teeth+2). Bore is a clearance fit on a rod (Ø + clearance); set 0 for a solid blank.

ZIP = every printed part + the assembly + a PDF guide (which part & how many). Shafts are NOT included — supply Ø-matched steel rod. Print base & lid flat, gears flat on their face. PETG/Nylon for load-bearing, PLA for demos.
